What you will do: 

This role is based in Singapore with the responsibility of Digital Services activities in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei 

  • Be a Digital Services advisor in the end-to-end customer journey across sales and post-sales activities 
  • Identify customers’ pain points and needs, build best tailor made and outcome-based Digital Services Solutions to address those needs 
  • Own and grow the pipeline & order intake 
  • Prepare commercial pitches with the support of the Digital Services Architect & support quotations with Tendering Engineer 
  • Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events 
  • Manage the end-to-end opportunity process from leads qualification to closure working closely with Segment Leads and Field Services Sales team 
  • Responsible to ensure feasibility, manpower and pricing alignment with Operations & Project Execution team by early engagement in the sales/ tender stage.   
  • Support the development of success stories and use cases in key segment 
  • In the post-sales stage, assist and manage the client relationship through the lifecycle stages of Adopt, Expand and Renew 
  • Taking charge of renewals working closely with the customers and internal Field Services Sales team 
  • Help clients achieve faster time-to-value through onboarding and usage training, explore opportunities to expand existing and leverage other services, contribute to sales with upsell opportunities and minimize churn 
  • Manage the flow of information between clients and internally with Connected Service Hubs (Services Bureau), Field Services Sales and Field Services Operations team 
  • Coordinate client meetings using internal resources when appropriate, prepare the materials for the meeting(s), and present to all levels of the client’s organization 
  • Lead action plans to improve Net Satisfaction Score  
  • Coordinate and resolve customers’ requests and complaints and prevent minimal escalation 
  • Provide a feedback loop on potential offer improvements, based on customer adoption & direct inputs 


Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent 
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in outside sales selling SaaS or enterprise software to senior executives & technical buyers 
  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Engineer level
  • Have the technical knowledge in the industry of Electrical Distribution or Energy Management and the understanding of IoT platforms and Cloud business models  
  • Strong customer orientation with prior experience in consultative sales or customer success will be an advantage
