Why after setting a sensor in ZBRN1, the node HarmonyHub lose the connection with ZBRN1?

Issue
After setting a sensor in ZBRN1, the node HarmonyHub lose the connection with ZBRN1
The problem is due to an incompatibility between the current version of the Node 1.0.0 and the current firmware version of the sensor gateway HarmonyHub
The Node HarmonyHub 1.0.0 is only compatible with the firmware 3.26

Product line / Environment

  • EcoStruxure Plant Data Expert
  • Node HarmonyHub 1.0.0
  • Sensor gateway HarmonyHub Firmware 3.31

Resolution
A new version of the Node HarmonyHub (2.0.0)  is now under development. Waiting the new version, the best way is to downgrade the HarmonyHub firmware

Here, the step to downgrade the firmware:
1 - Copy the contains of the folder in SD card formatted in FAT32

2- Insert the SD card in the HarmonyHub slot
3 - Restart the HarmonyHub
4 - During the restart, the Radio signal strength LED becomes orange for 1 s, indicating a success of the update.

Note: The file copied on the SD card can be used only for one product, if you have another product to downgrade, copy again the file on SD card
