Why the EVlink Pro AC light strip doesn't light ?

Case 1:  The charging station is not powered
Case 2 : The switchgear embedded are not closed
Case 3 : The strip light connector is  not connected to the main board

Case 4 : The power supply embedded is out of service
Case 5 : The strip light is out of service
