Schneider Electric promotes Karlton Gray to Director, Channels UK & Ireland, uniting partners to deliver AI Infrastructure

Schneider Electric™, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has today announced the promotion of Karlton Gray to Director, Channels, UK & Ireland.

An award-winning IT Channel leader with a proven-track record for channel growth, Karlton’s new role aims to drive collaboration and sustainability across Schneider Electric’s partner ecosystem in the UK and Ireland, including its EcoXpert partners, IT Channel Partners, operational technology (OT), electrical (ET), and midmarkets. His promotion also includes an expanded remit for working closely with Schneider Electric’s segment business units across the education, healthcare, life sciences and automotive sectors. 

This promotion reflects Schneider Electric’s commitment to strengthening alignment across its partner ecosystem, and by connecting the diverse skill sets of its partners, and fostering collaboration among the community, the new role will enable partners to capitalise on emerging businesses opportunities surrounding AI infrastructure, including data centres and critical power systems, IT modernisation services and delivery of energy efficiency projects.

Karlton has been praised by peers for his inspiring leadership, passion for people and commitment to partners. His people-first approach has enabled him to build diverse, successful teams and establish himself as one of the UK’s most respected channel leaders, securing multiple awards for IT Channel leadership.
