1. Possible Cause - Incorrect configuration of meter

Possible Solution - Check that the correct values for your application have been entered into the meter setup parameters such as CT Ratio, VT Ratio, System Type, & Frequency.

2. Possible Cause - Meter is wired incorrectly

Possible Solution Check that all CTs & VTs are connected correctly with the correct polarity and follow wiring diagrams for your application. The wiring diagrams can be found at www.se.com/uk and searching the part number of the Schneider Electric meter you are using. The under 'main documents' you will see 'instruction sheet'.
