You can transfer rights to use the software from one PC to another using the Key manager tool within XTEL. You can use this tool to transfer rights onto a floppy dsk from the development PC,and then use the same tool to transfer these rights from the floppy disk onto your other PC.

Note: This can only be done on versions with a software key. Previously rights have been stored on a hardware key (dongle).
