The corresponding part number to replace a LXM05BD22N4 will be a LXM32MD18N4 in terms of current rating. Lexium 05B is a Profibus drive and hence the option card VW3A3607 needs to be ordered as well. Importing the GSD file for the Lexium 32 in the PLC program and some configuration changes at the drive are to be expected. Profibus command structure between Lexium 05B and Lexium 32 is very similar and so it should not call for significant programming changes. Some programming changes are to be expected.
