A three phase RCBO can only be achieved by using a 3 pole breaker and then attaching a Vigi unit on the side. When combined this device will be 6 mods (18mm) wide.
For example a 3 pole 63A, C curve, 30mA RCBO would be achieved by adding a Vigi A9V02763 to the side of a A9F54363, as shown below
