How do I change between momentary & maintained outputs in Harmony wireless XB5R & XB4R?

The video below demonstrates how to change the output from Momentary to Maintained.

Momentary, or Monostable - Switches the output relay On for 500ms, then switches it Off again
Maintained, or Bistable - Each press changes the state of the relay, On to Off or vice versa
