Responsibilities:
- Train Channel reps globally to utilize bFO in order to track opportunities, funnel, customer facing time, activities, etc. (with a high focus on driving Systems revenue through our Managed Partners)
- Develop, communicate, and track a cadence process for sales manager to use with sales reps
- Work closely with Global Analytics to align bFO data with Tableau & POS reporting
- Partner Profiling & IT Reseller Platforming Process
- Tracking of Possible Edge, C&I opportunities, and MPSs โ make recommendations when needed as to how to properly utilize bFO in order to track revenue and success of new focus areas
