The Offer Marketing Manager – Commercial and Industrial based in Adelaide, plays a pivotal role in developing our market offerings for AUS/N.Z. You will leverage your market insight of the competitive landscape, market price points and trends, and customer requirements to help drive the strategic and operational planning process for our Home and Distribution business (Clipsal)
This role is multi-faceted and diverse in responsibility, it offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the world of offer management marketing by managing the lifecycle of our offers, ensuring value proposition relative to the position of the offering in the target segments is achieved, and developing and releasing the marketing mix inclusive of price, offer, promotion, place, people, proof and process.
You are a bold, strategic marketer and you are influential and can evangelise and secure support for your innovative ideas. You have evolved commercial sensibility combined with the creativity and purpose required to create demand via campaigns, and you’re energised by helping us define how we position our offers in market, and reach our desired commercial outcomes. You are data centric and can utilise data effectively to inform commercial decision making. This role heralds a fresh approach to how we “play in market” and the chance for you to help take us in exciting new directions.
