Deliver Power Services (INIBS) and Digital Power Services (DPIBS) growth and profitability in the following geographies: France, Italy, Iberia, UK&I, SEE, and BeNe in strong relation with LOB offer management and development teams.
You will manages several categories of the existing offer's portfolio;
It will give you a great opportunity to deploy the new/renewed offers in the specific geography;
You will deploys and adapts the offer's marketing mix strategy for each go-to-market; Also adapts & deploys the pricing strategy;
You will have an opportunity to leverages IB intelligence and generates business through sales campaigns and any other relevant initiative;
You will create boost plans with countries through the Annual Marketing and Sales Plan;
You will Support the regional Field Service Annual Marketing and Sales Plan and the Annual Marketing Report;
You will also interface and Provide inputs to Line Of Business to create new offers or improve existing ones; You will have an opportunity to consolidate Voice of Customers to the Line of Business Offer Managers;
You will Assess Sales & Marketing skills in countries, and also coach and train Sales & Marketing teams in countries (F2F and/or in remote);
You will supports the commercial teams commitments on the growth actions deployment and business objectives for respective offer category;
You will works with Country Marcom for Offers launch events and supports the new offers launch process (Business case, local launch team coordination..);
You will ensure proper visibility of pipeline and achievements thru application of CRM guidelines;
At last you will understand local processes and tools and promotes global tools when relevant - provide feedback on improvement of tools.
Key Success Factors
Strong knowledge of Field Services strategy in their scope related to the concerned categories;
Knowledge of category portfolio and value proposal to the customer;
Downstream Marketing mastery (4Ps, market segmentation and trends, marketing and pricing strategies and tactics);
Digital offers: Experience on various business models and knowledge of launches key success factors;
Good collaboration with Regional Offer Category leaders for alignment with global strategy;
Good collaboration with Line Of Business offer management;
Good collaboration with sales team and Other local teams stakeholders (as needed) for offer launch and business development;
Understand the country/region requirements and ability to interact with Line of Business/Central team.
Education and Skills
The successful candidate should have a (4) year college degree or equivalent work experience and (3-10) years marketing or technical sales experience.
Subject matter expert in specific areas of Services;
Ability to detect and understand know and unknown customer needs;
Solid marketing skills & price management;
Strong LOB Offers knowledge and understanding;
Strong experience with value base pricing.
