failed step when applying CU2 on Power Monitoring Expert 9.0 - Execute Installation Scripts

Issue
While installing CU2 on PME 9.0 the installer fails at Execute Installation Script.

Environment
PME 9.0 CU2 installer

Cause
The CU installer fails at step Execute Installation Scripts. The install log shows a list of scripts that were not successfully executed.
In this scenario, the installer is not able to run the scripts due to insufficient permissions.

Resolution
A sysadmin account is needed in order to run CU installers.
