Data service in Vijeo Historian V4.30 stopped automatically after some time with error code 231 in system event viewer. How can we resolve this error.

The following errors will always be logged in applications event viewer when a second Windows user logs
onto the server running Historian. To avoid this error you need to update your VJH version with the attached hotfix HF43056838.
