Issue:
How can  you disable the mode button on the face of the ATV312 drive so you can not put the drive in local mode?

Product Line:
Altivar ATV312

Environment:
All

Cause:
Needs to disable the Local button so that no one can put the drive in local mode my mistake.

Resolution:
You can not disable the Mode button all together.  If you set a password in Pin 1 the mod button will then only switch between SUP menu and frequency reference.
