Possible cause: Output Short circuit on battery mode.
1)Turn the Back-UPS off.
2)Disconnect non-essential equipment from the Battery Backup outlets and then turn Back-UPS on
3) Connect the load one by one to identify the faulty load
4) Remove the faulty load from unit and start using
