How to create mass trend logs and extended logs ?

Mass Creation of Interval Trend Logs

1. Select all of the Values you wish to add the same type of Log to
2. Right Click and select New>Trend
   
3. Select the Log type and the settings you wish to use.  Note that the log name will be the values name with either a prefix or suffix defined by the user
   
4. Be sure to Select a useful folder location
5. Click Next
6. Set the Interval Settings
   
7. Click Next
8. Click Create
   

Mass Creation of Extended Trend Logs

1. Select the group of Logs you wish to create Extended Trend Logs for
2. Right Click and select New>Extended Trend Log
3. Enter the desired settings. Just as above, the Extended log will use the Log' name plus either a prefix or suffix
   
4. Be sure to Enter an appropriate Location.  Use a folder on the ES if you wish these logs to show up on the Reports Server
5. Click Next
6. Configure the Extended Log as desired
   
7. If you want all of these logs to show up in the Reports Server, set the "Include in reports" property to "True"
   
8. Click Create
