Challenges
The perimeter guarding function is used to protect the area around machines. It can be used to stop the machine (stop category 0, 1 or 2) directly or create a safe working zone wherein machine movements will not pass specific speeds, torque or position that could harm an operator. The function is commonly used when operators require regular intervention in a machine area.
