Currently we are looking for a Digital & Software Sales Manager.
Mission:
Ensuring the business development of the Digital offer (Digital Services, IoT applications and Software) and Automation through a dedicated Team for the Italian market. This team - in coordination with the different Channels and BUs - will work beside the sales force by providing a specialized commercial approach in the Software field with the aim of developing new needs and new opportunities on the identified target customers. The main reference market will be the End User market. The identified resource will report hierarchically to the VP Industrial Automation and will guarantee the achievement of the sales goal assigned in the Software and Automation field.
What will you do?
- Identify target customers and sectors in alignment with the strategy of the Channels and the reference BUs
- Ensuring the achievement of the annual sales target and the development of the pipeline of opportunities on a multi-year basis
- Implement the action plans - in line with corporate strategy and the reference BUs - necessary to achieve the assigned objectives
- Build a medium-long term Business Plan for business development in the Software / Digital field
- Build and develop the Team in accordance with the defined Business Plan, ensuring an adequate upskilling path in relation to Consulting, Technological and Digital skills.
- In collaboration with the System Integrator Business Development Manager, identify and develop IT / OT partners to support the strategy
Qualifications
What will help you to be successful?
• Excellent relationships and communication skills;
• At least 5 years of experience in the Automation and Industrial Software market;
• Proven experience in the field of Business Development/Sales
• Knowledge of CPG, WWW, Transportantion & Oil&Gas markets is a preferential element;
• Innovation mindset and change management aptitude
• Ability to build winning and lasting relations over time;
• Management of results and economic resources;
• Customer First Orientation through a consulting approach and mindset;
• Knowledge of the main office software and information systems;
• Mindset to quickly learn the SE commercial Offer for products and applications
