Flow Controller

What do you get to do in this position 

Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters. Insure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for raw material, components, subassemblies and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog. Insures products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages. 

Responsibilities:

•Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)

•Design the organization of internal flows (physical and informational) according to SPS rules and update internal stock (kanban) parameters

•Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan

•Monitor and improve the downstream SC performance at plant level

•To be in a continuous improvement approach for ISSR, BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time,  DIN/NIN FG, UHS

  Be the key user for the department for information system

•       3 or more years work experience in Supply Chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, customer satisfaction.
•       Strong experience with ERP Planning modules (SAP preferable)
•       Digital Citizen. Promotes the use of Digital platforms.
•       Continues Improvement approach/ SPS Knowledge
•        Communication skills
•        Respond and drive rapid resolution to emergency customer service & delivery issues
