Responsible for:
1. Designing and developing layouts and methods to ensure the manufacturability of the product.
2. Managing processes to improve cost and quality standards.
3. Translate customer feedback to improve process and methods.
4. Research on the best available techniques to incorporate into the process, and calculate and improve manpower requirements and efficiency, methods, equipment and tools to optimize the manufacturability of products.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment
- Ability to develop/improve manufacturing processes, new process implementation.
- Development, execution and analysis of VSM-Kaizen
- Knowledge of Lean Methodologies & Implementation
- Definition, analysis and execution of projects.
- Tools, machinery and equipment implementation.
- Design, improvement and update of layout.
- Creation of work instructions.
- Root cause analysis
- Scrap and productivity analysis.
- ISO 9000, OSHAS 18000 e ISO 14000.
- C++, VisualBasic, Software and/or MACROS programming
- Sense of Urgency & Responsibility
- English Level: Intermediate-Advanced
