Murad Tamud joined Schneider Electric in 1997 as Supply Chain and Logistics Manager. In 2012, he became Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain China, overseeing manufacturing and distribution operations in the region and responsible for safety, quality, customer satisfaction, procurement and supply chain.
With over 20 years of experience at Schneider Electric, Murad has held positions in Low and High Voltage Industrial Operations, Industrial Strategy, Manufacturing Logistics, Production and Logistics, Procurement, and ERP Information Systems.
In June 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations for Schneider Electric. Since February 2019, Murad has joined the Executive Board as Chief Supply Chain Officer, overseeing the entire supply chain organization's operations, transformation, logistics, network design and strategic agenda.
Murad holds a degree from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (France).
