Issue:
A customer is asking about height difference caused by changing the castors.

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
There may be a height difference when the castors are changed.

Resolution:
There is no height difference on a cabinet if it uses standard castors or heavy duty castors. This includes AR3xxx, AR3xxx-717, AR3xxxSP.
