Job Description



  • Overall order to billing process handling & response customer inquiries as CS (Customer care) agent;
  • Provide support to the customers for commercial and logistic inquires;
  • Provide support to the customers for solving the logistic and commercial complaints;
  • Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, e-mails, web-based tickets and prioritizing customer’s support needs;
  • Provide general support pre-sales regarding quotation, price and product selection as well as post-sales regarding A/S, documentation, etc. to SE customers and partners;
  • Proactive information communication;
  • Complete documentation and follow up on all commitments and customer details;
  • Actively create/modify knowledge database;
  • Lead generation with purchase inbound call and transfer to Inside Sales team for Opportunity generation;
  • Ongoing proactive research and learning about new products, technologies and applications;
  • Participate in the interaction centre’s continuous improvement process;
  • Liaise with customers, Channel & Field Sales and Marketing regarding Product Quality Returns.




Education: Associate’s Degree requested, Bachelor’s Degree preferred;



  • At least 1~3 years of Customer Service or Sales admin experience are requested
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Good business manners to response customer inquiries & ability to multi task (logging queries while speaking with customers) required
  • PC skills (SAP,Excel,Salesforce.com) and basic aptitude for learning technical concepts essential
  • Flexible and having the ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English to communicate with global
