HR Digital Project & Innovation Intern
Location: Warsaw, Poland

We’re looking for HR Intern to our office in Warsaw, Poland. You will have opportunity to learn and be part of super team. We are Center of Expertise and a Lab to innovate tomorrow’s best practices to make life easier for our employees. We enable our Company’s Digital transformation.
What you will do:
- Participate and drive change in digital transformation in HR domain
- Manage the overall Digital & Transformation program management office
- Responsible for tracking the project status against their goal and report periodically
- Work with PMs and define the clear KPIs and track and report periodically
- Work closely with communication manager and publish all the key metrics to the leadership
- Collaborate with teams in Europe and all around the world
Qualifications
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Able to think differently and incline towards metrics and analytics
- Good English both written and spoken
- Problem solving attitude
- Team-working skills and change-agent personality
- Pro-active attitude and innovation spirit
- Ability to work at least 24h/week
