Yes, It is possible. You can set the motor name plate voltage to 220V in setting menu or Motor control (DRC) menu, so that the maximum output voltage will be capped at 220V. When you set the motor voltage to 220V in VFD, the VFD will not allow the output voltage more than 220VAC even though the input voltage is 400VAC.
