Cause:
Customer is asking for torque spec for the bolts of a bolt-down bracket.
Resolution:
To connect a bolt-down bracket to the NetShelter SX cabinet please use 80 - 100 lb-in. (9 - 11.3 N*m).
To connect a bolt-down bracket to a floor anchor please use the torque specified by the floor bolt manufacturer.
