How to Resolve 1036 System Error Code in SCADAPack E Configurator?

Description:

1036 System Error Code indicates that the backup firmware license file is missing. It does not mean that the license is invalid.

Note: This issue has been resolved in 8.14.5 and later firmware.

Workaround:
  1. Clear Errors

               
  1. Update the firmware to 8.14.6 ( if the firmware is 8.14.5 or later skip this step).

  1. After updating the firmware reload the license file. From Transfer Menu Press Activate License File and follow the steps to finish reloading the license file.

                 

 
  1. If this does not resolve, please contact orderstrss@schneider-electric.com to order a new license file.
