My EcoStruxure Ready Smart-UPS with an Active Subscription Plan was Replaced, What Should I Do To Transfer the Subscription?
Issue: What should I do to transfer the subscription plan of my EcoStruxure Ready Smart-UPS with an active subscription plan, if the UPS was replaced?

Product Line: EcoStruxure Ready or SmartConnect-enabled Smart-UPS models

Cause: In some cases, the warranty replacement of EcoStruxure Ready Smart-UPS with an active subscription is required. In these cases, the subscription will not be transferred automatically to the replacement UPS.

Resolution: Please contact your local APC Tech Support to request the transfer of any active subscription plans to the replacement UPS.
