The mission of the NAM SC Expert includes:
Put customer first
Make a breakthrough in the customer experience NSSoD, OTDC/BOL, Accuracy to 2nd commitment date, Number of reschedules, business management system, special focus countries or businesses
Deliver outstanding Performance
Boost cash generation with structured systematic approach through Spectrum program
Stocking policy & SEIO full deployment
Demand lab and forecast improvement at reference / DC level
MRP master data ‘self-healing’ starting with lead-time
Rebalancing and MTO scanner
Set-up specific action plan to re-align financial provision on stock with the theoretical one
Step up our Planet, People & Culture

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related
- 4+ years experience in Supply Chain role
-Successful experience as Supply Chain Manager in a plant/DC or strong background in Supply Chain.
- Have strong knowledge of SIOP, Manufacturing, MPP, lean manufacturing, Inventory Replenishment Strategies and basics of Suuply Chain Inventory Management Principles (ABC/FMR, Safety Stock, lead times).
- Knowledge of metrics (OTM, OTDC, OTDS, AC2, ISSR, BOL, Lead Time to customers, UHS (Excess, Missing, Theo. Obsolete, Special Events), NOC, Inventory Days (Gross Ave. and Net Spot) DRP accuracy, Forecast Accuracy).
- Preferred to have work experience with the following tools: Inventory Pipeline, OneMM, Excel Based UHS, SAP, AMAPS, Q2C
- APICS Certification is a plus
- Strong analysis skills, ability to convince people.
