Resolution
There is no deactivation option for these services on the 170ENT11001.  However, there are some workarounds that may help.

FTP – Since FDR is linked with FTP, if no role name is assigned, then no FTP will occur. (see user manual 31004109 7/2011, pg. 73)
HTTP – Change the default web page login password (USER, USER) (see user manual 31004109 7/2011, pg. 39)
Change the default configuration password (httpcfguser) (see user manual 31004109 7/2011, pg. 53)
Telnet – Cannot be deactivated.
SNMP - Change the default web page login password (USER, USER) and change the default configuration password (httpcfguser)

For 170ENT11000 or 170ENT11002 communication adapters, the below services are not used nor implemented.

FTP –Not available
HTTP – Not available.
Telnet – Not available.
SNMP – Not available.

There is no ‘updated’ firmware for the 170ENT11001 communication adapters that allows deactivating these services.
The standard recommendation is to implement Schneider Connexium firewalls to block access to the 170ENT11001 adapters.
