What is the reason for SoMachine V3.1 installation error message: "unable to find pinapp.bat file"?

SoMachine, Unity and SoMove use partially the same DTMs.

• In this customer case, this error message appears as SoMove V2.1 was previously installed

As Work-around

1. Uninstall all programs which use the same DTMs with SoMachine (ex. SoMove)
2. Install SoMachine V3.1 (with all Patches/Add-ONs in the correct order)
3. If needed, install SoMachine V4.1
4. Install SoMove

Status

• No plan to solve this incompatibility, work-around must be used.
