Mijn Back-UPS schakelt na 15 minuten batterijvoeding uit terwijl er nog voldoende back-up tijd over is.
Probleem:
Wanneer er een stroomstoring is en de Back-UPS batterijvoeding levert, schakelt de Back-UPS onverwacht uit na 15 minuten ondanks dat er voldoende back-up tijd over is.

Oorzaak/oplossing:
APC Back-UPS producten met No-load functionaliteit zullen, als deze op batterijvoeding werken, na 15 minuten uitschakelen als de aangesloten belasting kleiner is dan 15 Watt.
Raadpleeg de APC Back-UPS gebruikershandleiding voor uw model en controleer of de Back-UPS geen met No-load functionaliteit heeft.

Als de Back-UPS deze No-load functionaliteit heeft, dan kunt u deze functie in- of uitschakelen.
Steps:
1. Ensure the Back-UPS is off. Plug it into AC power.
2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the LED repeatedly flashes. The unit is now in Program Mode.
3. Release the button. The LED will indicate the current setting by flashing once, twice, or three times per
second, and emitting audible beeps.
4. If the button is not pressed within five seconds, the Back-UPS will exit the Program Mode.
After step 3, you can change the current No-load Shutdown and also Voltage Sensitivity setting.
By pressing and releasing the ON/OFF button, you can cycle through the available settings mentioned in the table. Once you have selected the desired setting, wait for 5 seconds. The UPS will then exit Program Mode, and save the new setting (step 4).
