Cause
Prior to firmware v10.34, the meter would not allow the user to configure the KYZ output from the remote display

Resolution
To use the remote display for KYZ configuration, upgrade the firmware on the CM4000 to a version later than v10.34. FOr instructions upgrading the firmware on a CM4000 meter, please follow the procedure listed in FA237920.
