What can I do if SoMachine Basic cannot establish connection with the PLC TM221 after have updated it with the firmware 1.3.2.1 SP1

This issue can be solved downloading any application in the PLC TM221 via USB in power less mode ( no power supply connected )
After that the issue will not appear anymore
