A customer would like to know the procedure to upgrade the firmware for an EM3555/EM3555A meter.

Cause
The firmware for the meter is outdated and needs to be upgraded.
Resolution
*WARNING*
Before attempting this procedure, the user must ensure that the meter is on RS (reset code) 2.004. This can be checked from the sticker on the front panel of the meter which will read "FW: RS 2.004". If the meter is not on this RS revision the meter CANNOT be upgraded in field.
