Issue:
A customer has an ION 6200 unit that is currently wired using one of the 'Delta' system type schematics, but the meter is revenue sealed and, in the interest of time to send the meter back for resealing, would like to jumper the Vb and V ref connections in order to line up with the 'Delta Direct' schematics.

This wiring configuration can work with the caveat that the Delta volts mode is limited to reading 400 volts line to line max. If higher voltage levels are applied the values may be clipped.
