Short-circuit from braking circuit.
Resolution:
This fault appears when there is a short-circuit on the output of the braking transistor (desaturation of the braking IGBT).
Verify the wiring of the braking unit.
Verify the wiring of the braking unit.
Verify that the braking unit value is not too low.
