Anne Charbonnel

Anne Charbonnel is the Head of Finance for New Zealand, where she oversees all financial and commercial aspects of the business. In her role, she works closely with the Country’s leadership team as well as the Pacific Zone Finance team to get the best possible outcomes for the business, our customers and our people. Anne is an experienced Finance leader who has held a variety of senior Finance positions in New Zealand and Europe before joining Schneider Electric in 2023.

Always eager to learn new things, Anne is also passionate about helping businesses grow and unleash their full potential through best-in-class processes, data-driven decisions and sustainable strategies for all stakeholders. Her areas of expertise include growth strategies, financial control, management accounting, financial accounting, system and process design and implementation, project management and team leadership. After 18 years working for the Telecom sector, in which she has a global expertise, Anne joined Schneider Electric in 2023 as Head of Finance for New Zealand where she oversees all financial and commercial aspects of the business.

Anne has an MBA in Finance & Accounting and is an FCPA of CPA Australia.
