The Global Service Business Manager is accountable for the Strategic Account, Multi-Country Target Account and selected Country Target Accounts level for the global service business performance including related Service Business KPIs and she/he will be as well the Segment business owner.
You will have an opportunity to develop a 3 year Business plan, in collaboration with Segment team, to develop Services in the related segment;
You will design a Global Field Service business plan and strategy with the Strategic Account Executive, illustrated through a dedicated Services account plan creation / road book;
You will create and expand C-Level relationship with key stakeholders of your portfolio of accounts having an impact on their field service business plan and strategy;
You will develop, qualify and convert global Service business pipeline including follow up through related reporting & dashboards;
Also you will deploy, through local Sales & Field Service organization strategy, local account plan and global contract and ensure follow up & reporting of defined Service business KPIs;
You will deploy & execute, through Global Service Organization operational structure, strategy, global and local opportunities management to meet expected Service business consistency and performance;
You will qualify and set partnership with local and/or global companies when required;
You will identify and qualify short term opportunities enabling to ensure return on business investment;
You will lead and/or support global initiatives related to development of Strategic account business;
With this scope, the Global Service Business manager will work in close collaboration with the Global Field Services (GFS) and Global Service Organization, it will be expected International mobility, and recurrent travels abroad.
- Engineering degree in Electricity and/or Automation;
- Master degree in International Business management (MBA) will be a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Another language will be valuable;
- 5 to 10 years experience with international Strategic Account business development & contracting;
- 5 years successful experience in driving complex Project business in international environment is a plus.
- End-User culture including experience with Electro Sensitive & Electro intensive customer;
- Proven ability to lead functional and remote team including various profiles (Contract, Technical, SMEs...);
- Aptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level;
- Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matricial/International set up.
