OEM Solution Sales Engineer
Lead to sell to targeted customer groups (OEM/MI - Machine Integrator)
- Take full responsibility and accountability to sell and exceed the assigned sales target.
- Engage customers on machinery segment to work with SE via direct or indirect channel.
- Promote and sell the SE’s EcoStruxure Machine and Digital offer to assigned targeted customers
- Maximize the top-line of SE from Customer PAM
- Coordinate with PAE/SAE to convert machine from competitors’ offers
- University degrees in engineering (electrical / automation / mechanical / refrigeration)
3-5 years experience in electrical automation and machinery industry, technical or sales
2+ years in Sales/Marketing position (EU/SI/OEM)
Industrial Machine knowledge, Schneider Electric or equivalent products/systems/solutions (automation control and energy management devices)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Computer literate and presentation skills
- Organized, structured and good analytical skills
- Customer account management
- Ability to influence and convince
