Need to read the fundamental phasor readings from the CM2000

Cause
There were no fundamental phasor readings on the CM2000 for firmware 16.007 and lower

Resolution
Upgrade to the latest firmware for the CM2000.

DLF3000 Utility is required to install the firmware. That utility can be found HERE
