Issue
PowerLogic devices with digital I/O alarms do not have the ability to add delays.

Cause
PowerLogic devices such as CM4000 and PM800 devices have the ability to alarm on digital input status changes. Unfortunately there is no way to program a delay into the logic.
Resolution
With PME 8 and later version with alarm configuration we now have the ability to add delays to digital alarms. Adding a delay would make the alarms more consistent with other alarms that have delays built into them.
