About the Role
We are looking for a candidate to lead our Application Management and Improvement initiative in the space of People Analytics. Today, there are multiple data sources and different analytics tools used in a complex IT landscape to help in reporting, getting key insights and supporting decision making of our leadership. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the simplification initiative of this landscape, ensure the involved products are well maintained by working with different stakeholders and advise on improving the existing products to get enhanced value from their usage.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure/follow-up structural availability, stability and performance of the applications in your scope
- Organize L3 support for the application, with development teams
- Ensure policy-compliance for the application, identify and own projects necessary to ensure policy-compliance (e.g. security monitoring)
- Manage the technical roadmap of the application (technology roadmap compliance)
- Look for improvements through market research and strategize for implementation in Schneider Electric
- Participate in Domain Expert Meetings
- Define non-functional requirements and ensure that project teams apply these in projects
- Ensure availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation
- Closely work with the Audit Teams and avoid any Delays or Escalations related to Non-compliance
- Also responsible for Access and other Infrastructure related topics.
Qualifications

- Proven work experience (5+ years) as a DBA, Architect, Application Manager or similar role
- Experience managing Cloud-based platforms
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
- In-depth understanding of security for Cloud-based platforms
- In-depth understanding of APIs and cloud architecture
- Deep knowledge and Expertise in:
- SQL Expert
- Oracle DBA skills.
- Oracle Analytics Cloud / OBIEE Administration and Monitoring
- Public Cloud expertise: Oracle and AWS. Deploying, Monitoring, Patching, Scaling
- Experience with OBIEE, ThoughtSpot, Tableau
- Python
- Problem-solving attitude
- Experience working in Agile Practices is preferred
- Experience in HR / People Analytics domain is preferred
