What do you get to do in this position?
- Sales Management – develop existing technical sales engineers into a “hunter” sales force to grow Pro-face brand business at a double-digit pace.
- Channel Management – develop a network of invested channel partners that create demand for Pro-face products. Direct channel support specialist in design, communication and execution of channel support systems.
- Technical and Customer Service Support – Direct support team to provide best in class Customer Care: Order processing, pre-sale and post-sale technical support, customer database management, online B2B store development and maintenance.
- Customer and channel partner training – direct Training Specialist to develop, plan and execute product training for customers, distributors and sales personnel
- Price Management – First level responsibility for maximizing price attainment for each customer
- Marketing Communications Management and Promotional Activities – direct marcom specialist in development, production and delivery of product promotions and collateral, as well as social media activities and collaboration with channel marketing functions.
