Issue
When using Powerchute Network Shutdown 2.2.4 and Network Management Card 2 UPS application firmware revision apc_hw05_sumx_v5.0.3 (SFSUMX503), selecting the option to turn off the UPS via PowerChute Network Shutdown is supported for only the 'On Battery' and 'Low Battery' UPS events on certain Smart-UPS models.
Should a user attempt to use the turn off UPS functionality via PowerChute Network Shutdown for other events, the UPS will not turn off. Furthermore, should the user restart the server running PowerChute Network Shutdown, the server will shutdown immediately.
