Issue
PowerChute Personal Edition is reporting my UPS has 101% battery capacity and constantly reports the battery is charging. See below for a reference.

Environment
- UPS firmware versions version W1, W3, (check under About->UPS within PowerChute to verify version, similar to 908.W3.D, refer to the middle characters)
Cause
This cosmetic only issue occurs due to a UPS firmware bug. 100 or 101% indicate the UPS is fully charged.
Resolution
Install the new software release called PCSS (PowerChute Serial Shutdown).
