Summary
EM64XX THD issue in Meter display and through communication.
Symptoms
The EM64XX power meter shows current THD% as ----in the meter display and -999 through communications.
Causes and Fixes
Cause
1. When the secondary current is less than and equal to 10% or greater than and
equal to 110% of CT ratio.
2. When frequency is greater than 65Hz.
Resolution
In order to get the THD reading proper we need to maintain
1. Secondary current should be greater than 10 % and should be less than 110% of CT ratio.
2. Frequency should be less then 65 Hz.
