Resolution:
The M580 built-in CPU Ethernet ports can not be setup to be on two different Ethernet subnetworks. The M580 Service port (Main IP Address) and the (IP Address A) Device network ports (Port2 and Port3) have to be assigned IP addresses that are on the same subnetwork. To have a separate and different Ethernet network, you must use a BMENOC0301 module in the M580 main rack.
