CN Info TeSys Deca 40-65A DC contactors – Advanced notice of obsolescence and substitution

Advanced notice that the existing TeSys Deca Contactors (40-65A) with DC coils will be obsoleted and replaced with an existing offer (Deca Advanced) which is the electronic coil version. The new TeSys Deca Advanced line includes models that have redundant functionality to the TeSys Deca 40–65 A DC coil contactors. These new models also provide improved capabilities and sustainability. Not all DC contactors in this size group have redundant TeSys Deca Advanced versions. These DC coils are not impacted: 12 V DC (coil voltage code JD), 12 V DC low consumption (coil voltage code JL), and 440 V DC (coil voltage code RD). For example: LC1D40ABD is discontinued, but LC1D40AJD is not. The impacted SKU references are attached below.
